Critical Notice: SMA BOOK is only the platform provider. We are not the organizer of any event listed on our platform. Any contract for event registration or ticket purchase is strictly between the Organizer and the Attendee. SMA BOOK is not a party to that contract.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: (1) information you voluntarily provide to us, and (2) information automatically collected when you use our Service.

3.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

If You Are an Organizer (creating events):

5. Information Shared with Event Organizers

This section is very important for Attendees to understand.

When you register for an event on SMA BOOK, we share the following information with the Event Organizer:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your ticket type and quantity
  • Any answers you provided to custom questions set by the Organizer

Why We Share This Information: The Organizer needs this information to:

  • Know who is attending their event
  • Check attendees in using QR codes
  • Communicate important updates about the event
  • Manage capacity and guest lists
Important: The Event Organizer is a separate entity from SMA BOOK. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices. SMA BOOK is not responsible for how Organizers handle your information after we share it with them. If you have concerns, please contact the Organizer directly or review their privacy policy if available.

6. Organizer Responsibility for Third-Party Tracking Tools

This section applies specifically to Organizers.

As an Organizer using SMA BOOK, you may choose to install tracking tools on your event page, including but not limited to:

  • Facebook Pixel
  • Google Analytics
  • Other analytics, advertising, or tracking applications

Your Responsibilities as Organizer:

If you use any of these tools on your event page, you are:

  • Solely responsible for informing your attendees about the collection of their data through these tools
  • Solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents under applicable privacy laws (including Saudi PDPL)
  • Solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of these third-party tools

SMA BOOK's Position:

SMA BOOK (ALFA TREND) is not responsible for any data collected, processed, or shared through these third-party tools. We do not control, endorse, or monitor how these tools operate on your event page. Any issues arising from your use of Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tools must be resolved directly between you (the Organizer) and the Attendee, or between you and the third-party provider.

Notice to Attendees:

When you register for an event, the Organizer may have installed tracking tools on their event page. SMA BOOK does not control these tools. If you have concerns about tracking, please contact the Organizer directly.

7. Information Shared with Third Parties

7.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party companies to help us operate our Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf:
